We are a neighborhood organization that actively works on improving our immediate surroundings by addressing residents’ concerns and fostering cooperative relationships with city, county, and community groups. The Hoover Foster RAC is an empowered forum that develops neighborhood cohesiveness and improves the quality of life in the Hoover-Foster district of West Oakland.

Are you passionate about this neighborhood? COME JOIN US! We help coordinate neighborhood projects, distribute information, share resources, and build cooperative relationships with a core base of civic, neighborhood, and local government agencies. And we just have fun!!

We meet the first Thursday of each month from 6-7:30 PM on Zoom. Email hooverrac@gmail.com for the Zoom link. Come meet your neighbors and learn about local developments.
Help Our Cause
Your support and contributions will enable us to continue to support the community. We are an entirely volunteer led and run group and 501(c)3 non-profit organization. All funds will go directly to the community.
